From View: Parco del Gran Paradiso: This is a high mountain park which has a large variety of wildlife, including ibex, marmots, chamois, golden eagles and eagle owl. There are several guides that offer beautiful hikes in the park including hiking in the glaciers.

Cuisine and Wines: The typical cuisine of Valle d'Aosta cuisine is characterized by mountains of meat, dairy products and vegetables. Among the wide variety of cheeses such as we find fontina, cheese fat and sweet, while the dishes are the chamois cheese cooked with wine and grappa.
Then there is the "Soupe de gri" a soup made of barley and the "Soupe valpellinetze" made with potatoes, cabbage, fontina and meat broth, and the "Soupe paysenne", a soup made of stale bread, fontina, cipolla.Un butter and other traditional dish is "Fondue" made with fontina cheese, milk, butter and yolks of eggs, which should be accompanied with cubes of bread toasted, with polenta or rice. Among the wines we recommend the Val d'Aosta Blanc de Morgex de la Salle, Petit Arvine and Gamay.
